I Had the Honda 125 M at the dealer 3 weeks. We sat down and Ordered AMS Fox A/T's all around.

2 weeks later I call and they say we cant mount these tires on the stock rims. I guess they didnt want to guarntee that the Tires would hold air. They said they would give me new Itp Rims for 30 each, Im like whatever, do it.

3Weeks later I pick it up and it looks sweet, the Tires are Perfect for Pulling Deer and Busting through Mud and Snow as well as good on the Hard stuff. Big V style Knobbie Pattern. I unload her and take it for a spin and it all seems good. I park it and take a look at the Tires and how the look. I get to the front and look and am like Hmmmm, I go inside get on the Comp and look at front end shots of it **. It was nice and centered.

The Front Wheel now sets off an Inch to the left and they mounted it Knowing this. I took it up the road, and it rides fine I guess, but as soon as I take my Hands off of the Bars, I get the Death Wobbles up front.

Another Book later, I need to find a Solid Rim that is centered for the 84 Honda 125 M or Any Soulution Possible. Im pissed and want my Front wheel in the Center as it should be.

Look at the Tires they are great for ATC's, they are Stock Size but I believe a bit taller, and they were like $27.00 each. Knobbie Pattern is great and the Knobs are about an inch easy.

Go to a automotive shop and they can do a front end alignment for you. :D Is the offset on the rim wrong?

I don't quite understand why it should be YOUR problem if they were the ones that ordered the rims?

In the front veiw shot, it's real hard to tell but it doesn't look like the brake shoe is all the way inside on the drum. What's the large gap there coming from?

I swear it seems like I can see the brake shoe! That's RIDICULOUS that they gave it to you that way!!

Yea I saw that too, but wasnt sure and couldnt get past how far from center my Rim and Tire is. It seems alot of shops dont know what to do with three wheelers. The rims are ITP and from what I guess is that they couldnt find a Rim without an Offset or whatever. All I know is that it took 3 weeks and its wrong. Suzuki/Honda dealer my behind. I love how alot of dealer can sell Machines but cant work on them.

Man those Tires Rule Though.

I dont have time to worry about it. That Dodge Dakota in that one pic is history Tomorrow and there will be a Brand New Ford F-150 XLT 5.4 Triton Fully Loaded Truck in its place. I then got to get it Rhino Lined on monday, Find and Install a Cap By Friday for the dogs to have space and start Driving to Newfoundland Saturday Morning. Along with getting the house ready and Stashing the Trikes and Guns. But what im worried about most is recieving that +2 Cal-Fab Swinger for my Tecate I won on E-Bay by the time I leave. Im kinda stressing, its such a rare and great part that I wont be happy untill I hold it in my hands.

I haven't tried mine on the front yet but if anything they should be = to or even give a better ride since they are the same ply as the balloners AND are radials too.

They ride real nice. They are ballone type and are 2 ply but it just seems that they aare tougher than OEM Tires. Their a Cheap Cost and are Well Made with a Good Tread Pattern. Im sure they will do very well in Mud and Snow allso. For the cost I dont think you can beat them.

Wow, I just couldn't let someone get away with crap like that. The tires look great but that front rim has to go.

Is the front rim the same exact ones as the rear rims? I think that's the problem. They are off set. I would take it back and make them correct it that's for sure.

did they say why they couldn't use the stock rims? I would put the front tire on the the original front rim and see what happens.

You still have your originals right ?

Has anyone ever tried to weld them together and mount the tires like a 1 piece rim ? or is the lip just too tall to get the tire on this way ?.. welding them might warp them too... so that's another problem.

Does it turn better in one direction ? LOL....

It looks like the front has some off-set as others have already noted. Someone mentioned a spacer. I would do that but first I would take it back to the dealer and tell them to order the correct front rim or you want your money back for the whole job. It might sound crappy but one way or another you are going to get something out of the deal you want. Or you could do the spacer deal but instead of a spacer you need to cut some off of the sleeves that go on the front axle. I'm sure you know what I am talking about. Just measure so the wheel is centered and trim that amount off of the side the needs to go over. But yea it needs to be fixed. Oh is it possible that if you were to flip the rim around the other way would it still be off centered? I had that problem once and I think I fipped it around and it was all good. Not positive though. It was a while ago. Then you would have to take the tire off and have it going the correct way. One way though you are going to get it taken care of!

Its going back. I guess they didnt want to do it in case they leaked air. Thats what I gathered. So instead of leaking air I get an Offset Rim in the Front. :(

Pick your Poision. ;)

Does anyone know any Rim the will work in trhe Front. The Tires ar 22-11-8.
So I guess its an 8" rim.

I do have the original rims, and Im thinking I may need to use the Front rim. We shall see what Happens.

Havnt ridden it But one time. Im not allowed to ride and so I just go up the road and back and around the yard. I may sneak off this week to bring 2x4's to my Tree House Im building so I can sit there all day during Hunting season. So I will let you know.

According to this wheel chart at least ITP does not make a front rim for the 125.

http://www.xpatv.com/honda_tire_wheel_chart.htm

I'd call a few places and ask though.

Just mount the tire on the stock rim and be done with it!!! its not hard to do yourself, get a new oring for the center section for the front rim, take the ITP to a tire shop, have them dismount the tire, then take it home pop the center section in, use some grese on the oring to hold it in place, put the other section on then bolt them togeather.........its like freakin cake.

It seems looking at my Honda that the Rear Left Tire is going Flat slowly. Im about to bust some asses and get my money back. I was gonna buy a New King Quad 700 from them but they just lost my Business. Seems I may have to do it myself or go to K&H Kawasaki. They rule but are an hour away.

I can sell you a front fork/hub/axle/wheel/tire from an ATC 110, cheap. If you're interested, note me. The tire on the front end is a 22x10-8 Ohtsu H-Trak II, and the whole system is well maintained, and the tube is still good. I can also part it out, if you want...

You'll be losing front braking ability, but oh well.

what a load of crap.. dealerships are supposed to be the best place for your machiene, but if you cant get your friggen tires changed without them messing it up, then it might be time for a new shop. id be outraged, but luckily around here all of the shops are familiar with atc's. they should redo it for free. couldent having a tire out of whack like that wear out bearings and cause damage? good luck meatbox
