350x electical problems

Nothing works. I can start it and it will run fine, but the kill switch and lights dont work. I took the switch apart and it all looked good. I cant figure out what to do next. Help

The kill switch works by shorting out the ignition. Check the switch with a ohm meter,and if it is working, you lost the ground connection.

Lights are a competly different circuit.

Now that I look at the wiring diagram in the manual, I see that everything shares the same ground connection. There is one green wire that has a loop lug on the end that attaches to the frame. If that is not there, your light would not work, nor your kill swtich. The loop lug is near a connector above the coil.

I got the lights to work there was a broken wire in the wires that run to the switch but the left light is bright and the right light is dim. The kill switch is still not working.

Still sounds like bad grounds. Trace the green wire and make sure all the connections are good.
