I own a 1985 Honda ATC 350
read tires are 20X10-9

What are the benefits of buying 18X10-9 rear tires? :wondering

You will lose top end speed, but gain low end touque. You will also have more stability.

But you better re-gear, otherwise you'll find yourself on your butt often LMAO.

P.S. the stock size tire for the 350x is 22", and that is what I recommend. ;)

People run 18's in MX because the smaller tire doesn't bouce the machine around as much when you hit ruts and such.

I've got 18x11-9 Tires on the back of my R. They are Fast Trekkers. What other tire can you get in 18-9?

An 18" tire is lower profile and is easier to slide without having to worry as much about flipping over or high siding. It'll run fine on your X, but you'll lose ground clearance and will need to re-gear to get your top end back.

ive got 18's on my 84 r and they seem to do just fine, i think they are a lot more fun than the 22's, so i suggest go with 18's, also you will get better handling, and such.
