Tsubaki (http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Product.jsp?skuId=11906104&store=null&productId=p11906104&catId=&leafCatId=) vs. Yamaha OEM
would they be the same quality?
Clutch Friction plates
Versah (http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Product.jsp?skuId=38253&store=null&productId=p38253&catId=&leafCatId=) vs. EBC (http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/product_catalog/Product.jsp?skuId=381848&store=null&productId=p381848&catId=&leafCatId=) vs. Yamaha OEM
which would be the best plates?

tsubaki is def better than oem, unless oem is made by tsubaki!.....ebc is def way better than vesrah or probably oem which could possibly be made by vesrah....ebc is good stuff, and from my experience with vesrah i wouldnt put any of their engine parts in my engine...

When it comes to clutch plats i would stick with oem. Its been 20+- years that theyve lasted, none of the aftermarket ones are going to pull that off.

Should I get the metal plates too? I dont know any aftermarket place that makes them, most just make the fibre disk/friction plate

Thats because you have to really jack somthing up to runin the metal plates. You can bring your metal plates back to life by rubbing them on cement in a small circular motion to make them rough again.

Make sure they aint warped on a pieces of glass, just lay em on and you will see if they are or not.

They may be made by the same company but they are not the same quality.

Run them yourself and then tell me what you think. I've ran more pads then you've mentioned and you CAN tell a differnce, just my .02 cents, not someone elses.
