Installing Clutch Discs problem

I have an 85 Honda 200m that I replaced the clutch parts in and now the thing will not rev up it will only idle. What could be my problem ( other than I am not smart enough to fix this ) Thanks!

Thanks for your post. Well all I did was Go to my Honda dealer and buy new clutch discs and new springs and replace them. Now the engine will not rev up but starts and idles fine. It ran fine before this. My son says that part of the clutch funtion is to create engine braking on deceleratin so I my have something to tight ? Any help would be greatly apprectated!
