83R and 350X part(s) interchanable??

I was wondering if the air valve assembly/threaded fork tops on the 83 air fooler and the 350X are interchangeable. If they are, are all the 350X ones the same??

UMMM... I think the 350x ones are the same, not sure on the X/R interchangability though. I'll check it out later.

OK, from what I can tell, a 350x one might work on a 83R.

If you do try it, let us know how it works out.

They should work not sure of the thread size but the fork tube diameter are the same. They use the same seals.

350x's and 83-84 250r's had basically the same forks except the r's had 1" more travel. it should work.
