All right, I'm gonna start setting up my 110 racer soon, so I might as well log my process here...

Done: Off with the airbox, on with another foam filter (from a 250 QuadRunner!). Carb rebuilt, spark arrestor taken off, and stock handlebars replaced with DG bars (off a DIFFERENT 250 QuadRunner!)

To do: Take Quadrunner front wheel/tire and use as front wheel/tire on 110. Smaller rear tires (21" or 20"). Hopefully new gas tank. 200X fork. New rear hubs (standard 4 bolt pattern). New exhaust (hoping to god theres a SuperTrapp pipe to fit my machine on Ebay or whatnot).

If you have any suggestions/comments, be sure to add them!

um you can get a cam shaft from www.webcamshafts.com and there has been some big bore high compression pistons going around ebay lately.

Here are some things you can do. I will name them off, even if you have already done it.

200X hubs
Solid one piece wheels
tires
aftermarket axle
aftermarket sprockets
aftermarket chain
200X front end
handlebars
grips
200X front hub & wheel
aftermarket frame
remove rear brake cover
cut holes in front fender for extra air flow
aftermarket exhaust
clamp-on air filter
remove all lights and extra wiring
camshaft
big bore kit if you can find one
stroke the crankshaft
add an oil cooler
heavy duty clutch springs
bigger carb and intake

Then paint and polish everything, and you will have a bad-ass little 110. :D

professionally ported and polished head, shaved .10mm
DG exhaust
heavy duty clutch springs
75 watt ricky stator lighting coil

looking for or going to buy..

Can an 84 Honda 125 M accept any of these hookups and if so what? I would love some front suspension. Sorry to jump on your thread, I just noticed that you have a 110 and I have an 125. By the way that Front end looks real good. Keep up the good work and let us know how she rides.

Yep. The 125m and the ATC 110 are the exact same bike exept that the 125m has electric start and 15 more ccs.

sorry if i sounded like an asshole then. the reason why was because i thought you knew there was some on there and id spent the last 5 months looking for performance parts when powroll had em all along

Triker I think you have a lot of playing with the front setup. I would ride and djust as you went along. That way you know where you need to set it.

I have been watching this auction have chosen to not to purchase, (200x project you know) so here, save some money.

Thanks for all the input guys (and gals?). I really appreciate it. Here are the mods I will most likely use:
200X hubs
Solid one piece wheels
tires
200X front end
aftermarket frame
aftermarket exhaust
clamp-on air filter
add an oil cooler

Those being culled from hondatrikesrule22's list.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE
Me and a friend have figgered out why my machine bogs out after 1/2 an hour of riding...
RUSTY GAS TANK! That's right, it's so rusty, it completely covers the reserve hole, and blocks off most of the other one, thus cutting my float bowl off from gas, thus starving the engine, because it depletes the gas faster than the floatbowl can replenish it... only possible fix is to get a plastic tank, which costs 99 DOLLARS. >:O I'm pissed.

Nice list. The aftermarket frames are kinda hard to find, but if you look in the right places, you can find them. They pop up on ebay every once and a while. I am sure someone on here is willing to part with one. The oil cooler isn't that hard to do if you are machanicly inclined. Do a search on here for 200X oil cooler.

!!!!!!UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!!!

guess what I found out today? There's a pack-rat dude in our town with about 30 or 40 trikes sitting out in his back yard, in peices! After my dentist's appointment, I'm cruising over to his place to see if he has any running/might run/parts machine ATC's. What I'm hoping to find is a busted up 200X, 250R or Tecate 3, with a strong engine, if not good plastics. If I do find a workable mobber, the ATC 110R is going on the back burner for a while.....

have you actually asked him. usually they will not say so in the auction, but if you ask him privately he might say yes.

Ah, it's over by now. I recently found a 350X frame and have been thinking of building that up... but not really. Anyone want a 350X frame?
