Not fully done yet i have to finish making my battery box and tucking away a few wires, has the copy of a 90cc honda racing motor all chromed out  cobra exhuast and douglas alum wheels, and my banshee headlights with the eye covers i think they look wild, i had to make up my own brackets and weld um toghter for it :)

I painted the flames on the side of the tank and the lil flaming skull on top of the tank

Looks great! How was it getting that 90 engine into the 70's frame? Isn't the 90 engine real wide compared to the 70? Do you happen to have any progress pics?

Nice job! Looks fantastic.

I just love the headlight treatment and the covers. The covers go along with that little trike just perfect. Made me laugh.

Just today I found one stashed in a garage.

Aw Man!!!!!

That is trick! I love it. Is that one of those Lifan motors? If not, what is it and where did your fetch it? Ghost flames on the fenders would really be the trick nastiest thing I'd ever seen. Sorry- just the Jesse James in me ......

Hadda make a bracket to mount the coil to the orginal coil bracket
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc012.jpg

not a good picture of it but i had to make a new flange and extend the pipe down to clear the electric starter, btw the cobra pipe sounds 100 times better exhaling threw this 90 motor opposed to the 70 cc it had
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc011.jpg

I put a hose bracket on it to hold it in place when i welded it
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc009.jpg

these were after i drilled out the holes on a manifold i got that was off a scooter so that i could use the stock air box
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc006.jpg

hadda cut the shifter on a angle to make it clear the pegs now after sitting on it i realize i cant use this shifter its to close and i cant get my foot under and the shift pattern is 1 down 3 up

some crazy wiring haha

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc010.jpg

mocked up the wiring harness to get it running

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/42F67N/atc90cc014.jpg

Theres a few small things i incountered along the way i didnt take pics of like moding the front sprocket cover so the chain wouldnt hit it,going one tooth smaller on the front sprcokt so i could use the orginal chain little stuff like that.

The motor has no markings on it to say what kinda motor it is i got it off a guy online that said it was a "90cc honda racing motor knock off" as far as fitting the motor mounts lined right up its all the small stuff that took me a month to do lol but it does seem a tiny bit wider then the 70cc

Hmmmm, I wonder how it will perform (being that it is lighter) against your 125M that is in the picture?

I couldnt say i havent been able to ride that 125m since i traded for it,ive been searching for the hi lom trans and had no luck yet,i might just break down and buy a complete motor of ebay for it and keep it around as a spare ya can never have to many spare parts laying round.................just dont tell the wife that lol

what did you pay for the motor? im looking in to the same type of motor for mine being theres no compression, bad flywheel/mag, and no pull starter. also the carb on mine is bad. i have been looking for a cheap one, most likely used, that i can stick in there for my pit bike. the bike is torn down right now, im PCing evey thing candy blue and black. and getting maier white plastics. my budget is about 500, got the bike for free, get my parts at cost, and have a powdercoating operation at my house. so im in better than adverage for cost of things, but still looking for a motor
