How do you guys fix a puncture on a ATV tire(tubeless)? :wondering
Will a plug last? :rolleyes:
please advise

i had a plug in my tire for a long time, in fact i had two plugs in one tire with no problems

if its like a nail hole a plug is perferct. but like the size of a pencil or a marker its not happening for long. although it may, just as long as its not a slice

put a plug in and then put a boot on the back of the plug...no way in hell is it gona leak...

If one plug wont hold put 2 or three in there. Use plenty of the rubber cement that comes with the kits.

im just gona add cause most people dont know- your supposed to apply the rubber cement glue then let it compleatly DRY then put the patch on and use a sewer(sp?)its like a little round thingy with bumps on a wheel on the end of it.... to get it on good for patches, for plugs just dip the plug in the rubber cement and stick it in let it dry. :)

Take it to Les Schawab, they will demount the tire and put a patch on the inside.
Plugs work too, but a good patch is better.
