Marco, (hagan, greenboy) makes them in Germany. They are billet and pretty killer looking. If your going to Trikefest he will be there, and Im sure bringing a few extra to sell.

I think you can still buy OEM, should be around $12.

I wouldnt really call that a case saver.. more like a chain guard. That plastic isnt gonna save anything except your foot getting into the sprocket.

make one your self out of some steel stock....take an hour and it will look good...and take one hell of a beating....

put a link to where i can get one or a picture or something, i have that sissy little plastic thingy that isnt going to do a dang thing if i shoot a chain. If yami still sells them, you cant beat 12 buckaroos

The reason you dont hear a whole lot about Yamaha case savers, is because they rarely throw a chain because of the chain guide setup. Honda's dont use a chain guide. The plastic sprocket cover on the Yamaha is more of a nuisance than anything else, and you have to remove the shifter to get it off. Mine has stayed off!

My 250R threw a chain 4 times in 4 years - I could count on it when it got loose. 15 years and still waiting on the Z to throw one. I wouldnt spend the money.
