Saw this kawasaki 250 Prarie about 5-6 months ago and went there today to see if it was moved or used at all. Looks like they don't fuss with it at all.

Ashame it sets out in the cold winter uncovered.

I sure wouldn't mind having it since they are so rare.

Fix it up, ya know.

I left a note back then with no reply so I guess I'll put phase 2 into operation and go to their door when their home. Sometimes that helps to talk directly to the person.

Kind of people that have all kinds of junk in their backyard.

I love yards like that. I loaded the wife an kids in the cherokee an went riding yesterday, I found 6 185/ 200 s in about a 10 mile area!!! All were laid up/ junked. Next weekend I think I will go ride again with about 600.00 in my pocket, wonder how many I can bring home?

On a diff note, down here most people want 4wd quads now, so they usually just want the old trikes out of the yard. The sucky part is, everyone here owns the old hardtails. I have yet to see a 200x, 250r or a 350x. Usually you can pick up old trikes for cheap! :)

6 in 10 miles! WOWZA! Take the camera next time. You got a gold mine there.

The 200S's are everywhere! Have to be the most popular 3 wheeler ever made.

Good Luck! :beer

I had one of those. It did not need much. They are really cool trikes. You would not believe some of the stuff they came with stock.

No, from the dealer. Everything I needed they could get. They even gave me a complete history on the trike. They even made a police model. That, I would love to have.

You hit on some godd features right there. All you had to do is turn a nob on one of the hubs ro ingauge it.

I saw one of the police models at a police/town impound auction ironically enough. It had a red light under the headlight and a toolbox instead of a rear rack. The plastic was white too. I would of tried to pick it up but I was out of $.

OH MAN, that would be so cool :beer

I'd LOVE to have the police job!

When you go trail riding you could pull the young stupid kids (or adults) over when they are disobeying the rules. That would be a blast. Write them out a ticket then. :D

Go check and see if more are available.

Where was it. Where did they patrol? Baywatch style maybe?

Shoot me a PM if you know how to contact that impound yard. Since I discovered the Police model, I have searched for one.

Yea, you could put some really nice shocks on to dress it up and make it ride like a cadilac!

You know, that has a reverse effect regurading braking! The front end RISES as you brake. Anti- dive front end. TRIIIIIIIIIIICK!
