Granted I need to jet the carb and put on the light and chain, I couldn't resist showing off the result of my last 4 weeks.

Quick overview:
YZ blue frame
West coast + 4 swinger
Bill pipe & silencer
3.5 gallon desert tank
Boysen Rad valve
Boysen Carbon fiber reeds

I rebuilt the suspension, cleaned everything, went through the wiring, replaced some minor things, & now I have my play bike... The black and red bike is now officially the wifes :D ... How do you think I got away with spending the money on this one :naughty:

The first pic is the "before" pic. Eventually, I'll get an 86 seat, and mabye a 310 or 330 ESR kit.

Like I said, I had to show her off.

Looks great and nice job!!!! Thanks for showing it off. It's probably pretty hot in the desert by now. Are you going to be able to take it out for a spin?

I like!! It's really neat. It's nice how you went with the blue shrouds instead of white.

That thing looks tough. some paddles and aftermarket chrome pipe would make it look amazing

Thanks guys.

Yeah, it's late season to hit the desert. I play in the sand more often than not though, so She'll have her trial run at Pismo (0ceano) Dunes.

The pipe is a Bills that came with the "factory" finish. I need to run the pipe and see how it does. I may go with the ESR pipe, but won't happen 'til after the summer. I've already got the paddles: Geckos on douglas rims.

Looks great. I love the blue and white scheme - I did something similar to an '85 200X a few years ago.

I got it jetted today. All I can say is wow! Even with the +4 swingarm you can't keep the front end on the ground. It's definitley going to be a banshee eater at Pismo! The great thing is I have $900 invested in the bike, $400 in parts, about $100 in tools, and $100 at the DMV... That's why I love three wheelers: For $1500 I can spank all those $7000 plus quads! :TrikesOwn

That sucker looks nice. Now you need to get with Xsystem and get a westcoast sticker to add to that swinger.

The front tire is a cheng shin. The rear are Kenda Klaw's 20x9x9 6 ply. The Kenda's are great because they give good traction, I've never seen one puncture, and they're cheap $40.00 a tire.

I'd put a Westcoast sticker on if I could find one. Any ideas? I'd also like to replace the "Bills" sticker on the silencer.

Like I said email or PM Xsystem here on 3ww and he can get you some stickers. He is sending me some for mine as we speak. :D
