My speedo head came in, and where do I hook the wires for the light up to? I assume in the headlight casing, but the wires and connectors match the tail light connecters perfectly? Should i just make sure brown is connected to all browns and green is spliced together with all greens? (my green wires have no connecters, just spliced with tape...)

How do you compress piston rings without a ring compressor and without wanting to kill someone? Any one have any tricks?

Where can I find a correct sized compressor for my little 200s piston?

Thanks,
Mike

What machine is the speedo going on? I know my NOS Hondaline 82R, 350X, and 110/185/200/200E kits "splice/jumper" into the headlight wiring. My HA2 250R NOS kit though has a sub wiring harness that runs the feed all the way back to the taillight to power the speedo light.

Ok... unplug the green from your headlight. Then use the male and female connections to hook into the green connections on the speedo. Do the same thing for the brown connections.

for the rings, get the on the piston, install the piston on the con rod, then slide the cylinder down to the top of the piston, sqeeze 1 ring at a time and slide the cylinder overtop as you go, make shure your top ring end gap is 180 degres off from the second ring and that the oil ring is in the middle of them
