Easy off oven cleaner...

I was polishing a set of forks yeasterday, and I used easy off to get the factory gold clear **** off them. Man, this stuff eats it right off. I takes paint off pretty too. Powdercoating will come off with some encouragement. I recommend it to anybody who wants to do any polishing.

I've used it on car engines before.
Used properly, it'll leave a paintable surface behind on the cast iron.

But don't get it on your hands, in your eyes or anywhere near flesh or open pores, for that matter!! :eek:

and dont get it on alunimun cause it will leave a white power on it after * wipe it clean and stuff it will leave a white tarnish on it

you know cuastic soda flakes work the best,and you can use it over n over again,just keep the water warm................gking polishing
