Yamaha 225 dx 1985 rear axle bearing replacement

Hey just bought my first trike about 3 days ago. I have been wanting a Honda for a long time but got a good deal on this Yamaha that needs some work. Can anyone tell me the procedure for removing the rear wheel bearings for replacement? They are both on there last leg. I think they press in but I am not familiar with the method of removal. Thanks.

If you have a trike, you have to get a repair manual. Either a Clymer manual or better yet a Yamaha one. Both will have all the info you need to maintain / repair your trike. I have replaced the rear bearings on a few hondas but never had to rip into a Yamaha yet, so that's the best advice I have. BTW, welcome to the board!!!!
