Is there any way to just remove the hi lo sub trans on a 125m and run the trike without one?

Im having one heck of a time locating this part and am trying to come up with another option.

also is www.vintagemotorsports.net still in business ive emailed them about the part but they never wrote me back they have 3 125m on there site as parts bikes.

Nope, you HAVE to have it or the trike won't move.

I've only been into the sub tranny on a 200E and it wouldn't move with out it either, same thing I guess. It wasn't my 3-wheeler but the owner had me "fix" it so it didnt' need one. You guys aren't gonna like this one. Any guesses?

Its possible I guess, I've seen it done on the 90-110 series. I dont have a clue what all all is involved in doing it though.

I think the only way to do it is to weld the sprocket to the output shaft, I wouldn't recomend it!!!
