carb specs wanted for a 185s

i need to know the carb specs for a 185s. the air screw.

turn your pilot screw clockwise till it "lightly" seats or the motor dies if running then back it out 1 full turn 360deg.

Stock setting is 2 turns out.

I find it set ideally as 1.5 turns out. As the Fox said, 2 turns is factory spec. This is assuming your jetting is stock.

thats funny i read this directly out of the manual?? huh i guess ill trash the manual???

My scan is from the clymer manual, but the clymer for the Yamaha 200 gives the directions you gave so they are probably both right.
