Are the 84 and 85 axles interchagable? Ive seen an old ad for an axle that said you could use it on the airfooler and the waterpumper.

No. Sprocket is on completely different sides for one thing.

Just flip the axle over... :p Voila! It's on the correct side! haahahaa

Well, Who knows what else, Bearing surface, rotor hub.

Could fit.. But I highly doubt it.
