85 250R with no Spark!!!!

I really need help. My 85 250r won't start and i have no spark. Over the last year I bought a brand new stator, 3 different CDI's a new iginiton coil. One Honda dealer told me it's the CDI and another one said their good but no one can figure it out. I've gone over the wiring harness wire by wire and all of the switches about 10 times and everything seems to have good continutiy. Before the bike died i had a very weak spark but it ran rough. Does anyone have any idea what i'm missing.

i had it happen to me- it ender up being a short in the on / off switch

had similar problem caused by incorrect gap in spark plug

hmmmm, how is your pick-up? did a case bolt ever come out in there while it was running and get slammed around hitting the pick up? i would change your pick up if you havent already done so and everything else is new as you said....

just a long shot. is the flywheel free spinning on the crank shaft cause the woodruff key is broke or gone. had this happen to me once, with a no spark problem. good luck!
