Will This # Plate fit my 84-85 Tecate "Help"

The person who is selling it says it will fit all Tecates, Tri-Z's and 250 R's I would like some honest and Informative opinions. I have been looking forever for a Plate like this to go onto my Tecate Project. Heres a pic of the Front of the Tecate, Which way does the Plate mount? Tabs up or Down, and where do the Brackets mount? Pics of anyone who has one would be greatly appreciated. And what you think of it.

The brackets mount to the back of the plate so that they instead of the plate can be zip-tied to the forks. Tabs down. I think this will fit your Tecate, not positive that the brackets will be able to clear the radiator. Greenlightning had a plate like that on his 84 however.
