Oil build up around headpipe

I've got the muffler and headpipe off, There is a bunch of oil sludge on the motor because the headpipe has been leaking for some time. What can i use to plug the exhaust pipe hole for washing it?

When i wash my bikes i have a cerwin vega speaker magnet that i plug my holes with works great on steel exhuasts :) they also sell plugs on like rocky mountian and what not made for just that plugging the silencer when washing

yeah the muffler plugs should fit right into the head.
