just picked up my 200x

i just pick up my 84 200x today i have a few ? what is the differance between the 83-84 to the 85-87 list them if you could what are some good visual up grades for the bike i want a race look to the trike.also didn't some one on here put a 350x rear swing arm and shock,and the front end of a 350x .also what other honda trike parts fit these bikes fenders fork ect. ill try to pst pic's i also got a tri moto 200cc and a klt 200 they all need some work but are in great shape . thanks!




also if you have some cool mods done to your trike post a pic im looking for some good ideas

You mean 83-85 and 86 & 87.

There are so many differences you might as well say they are two different machines! Yours is a good machine but the 6 & 7's are vastly improved.

Square tubing frame, 6 speed, better swingarm & chain adjustment sytem, better air box the list just goes on and on. The whole bike is just thought out so much better then th 3's to 5's.

so my bike is a good bike is it a fast trike will the 86-87 parts fit my trike

yea itll do around 60 if its tuned in good with a pipe and jetted...no the 86-87 parts wont fit..maybe some of the small frame stuff bu tnothing engine wise

As far as I know, no, none of them will bolt on. I'd say just keep it stock and well maintaned.

All the 200X's are not particuly fast but they are a fun playfull motor that will last a lifetime if maintained well. I had two 86's and the power was just fine. I have no complaints from that little 4 stroke motor but thats east coast trail riding in woods.

Large open areas then a larger machine would suit my taste better.

i'll just be riding wood trails and small open fields i also live in the east coast how are these trikes on hills do they have the power to do it.what is the best pipe to buy for this trike.

do a search for muddy200x, he has a 200x with the 350x suspension all round and he also has the racy look your after.
