200s Compression lever and recoil starter ques?

My 200s engine is complete with the compression lever and on the recoil also.
I took it apart and dont know how to install all the compresion lever peices on the pull start again. I checked Clymer and the shop manual and they do not say. Can someone tell me where I can find this or give me some steps. Thanks
