Well I replaced all of that the cam is 0 up,cam lobes down, t on flywheel lined up, got spark, and even put either down the plug hole.No luck will not fire just burbles thats it? Id appreiciate any help please.

Are the valves adjusted properly? is one bent? If you have a valve stuck open = no compression, won't start,,,,,,, Just a thought

Take the cover off on the motor that says CDI. You'll see a little thing and it will have a punch mark on it. you'll also see a bigger round thing held on by 2 phillips screws, thats the retard/advance timing, remove them and behind that you'll see a thing that also has a punch mark on it, the two punch marks should line up, it can only be 180 off.
You might want to mark on the advance/retard timing thing where it is currently so you know where to set it when you put it back together.
Is your spark blue? Does it spark about 2-4 times per kick?

Valves are good, I took them out then had to give a little lapping but they are good now. The ignition pulse genorator is in range as well as the coil, checked them with multimeter. The pulse rotor has a punch mark at the 2 o'clock, if the pointer is straight up, but I don't see the other punch mark do I have to remove the rear cover? Is it on the cam itself? By the way thanks for any feedback thats good of you. Thanks

One spark per kick.

The other punch mark your not seeing is behind the advance/retard timing plate. That is the plate that is held on by 2 phillips screws behind the CDI cover. After you take that off you should see it. The mark isn't on the cam, but its on part of the advancer system behind that plate. You WON'T need to take the bolt out of the end of the cam or those two bolts out of the motor on each side of the CDI cover.
So if you have the spark plug out and kick it hard by foot it only sparks once? Or were you kicking it by hand? I just got done doing this to a 200x and when we kicked it fairly slow by foot is sparked about 2 times with the full motion of the kick start.

No it is by foot, the advance is good, and I'm going to go back outside and rack my brain. I just cleaned off the electrical connections. I don't know if this will help but I got a 60 over piston I think 12:1 compression, it sticks up a little past the stock piston. That might be the reason it is only rotating once, ie. one spark. Thanks oh wow its snowwing alot outside.

If its getting spark....and you shot ether in it, its going to fire (POP).....
If its getting spark but not firing.....your valves are opening and closing at the wrong time....which means exhaust opens when fuel/air is supposed to and vice versa..
Tell us what all you have tried to do...and we can go from there....if im correct....the timing mark isnt "T", it is "F"
if the cam is on top at 0, is it aligned with the l on the rocker box cover...BELIEVE ME....you have to have the rocker box pushed down on the head.....if not it looks like its aligned...but its not...

Here is how I time a 200x. take the little plug out of the side cover, align the T in the hole. Put the cam in so the little pin on the cam is at about the 10 or 11 o'clock position and so the top bolt hole on the cam is pointing to the V in the head cap. put the cam sprocket and chain on so the O on the sprocket is also pointing towards the V in the head cap. Check to make sure the T is in the hole and the 0 is towards the V, somtimes when you put it on it will rotate the motor a little. put the spark advancer thing on and tighten all bolts it should be ready to go. Remember to check the two punch marks on the advancer thing I posted about 2 times, if those marks are 180 off it won't go.

is the dowel pin that sits in the cam shaft and spins the cdi still there?

The rotor is lined up but the bottom of the pulse rotor has a groove as wide as the brush or pickup thing which is a little deep. Does the rotor pick up on both sides? Ive tried advancing, retarding, full choke, half, no hoke. Same thing almost turns over it sounds like it wants to ignite the fuel but wont. The groove and the 0 is aligned with the T and the key is still pressed in, and the 0 on rotor and advance 0 are still lined up. I got a big fat zero.Does the cam sit with one lobe pointing straight up or but down at TDC because that is the only thing it doesn't specify in the Climers manual? Mine are pointed down. Thankyou to all help given!

I'm not sure about which way the cam lobes go, but you'll see a little dowel on the cam that runs the rotor/pickup thing. Put the dowel on the cam at about the 10 or 11 o'clock position.
What octain gas do you have? You might try pulling it behind another 3 wheeler and roll/bump starting it.
Have you took off the advance/retard timing plate and lined up both those punch marks?

Everything is set up right 10 o'clock and the cdi marks are on the money. Even the either down the spark plug hole trick doesn't work.
