hey, I am going do a lot of work to my 84-85 tecate parts but want to ask you guys that own the tecates what you like better. please just reply with your answers or whatever. just need input for future reference.

What color of Swingarm would you like on your Tecate?

how many inches of an extended swingarm would you like?

Here's my views though I technically no longer have an 84:

If the frame is still gloss black:

Gloss Black Swingarm
+2 inches
Green Calipers
Chromed Axle
Green Shock Spring
Green Hubs

Mine had a polished motor, so I would go with polished.

I'd go with gloss black on the swingarm....I'd extend it 4 inches
6 might be a little more than you want....making it longer also effects your turning radius. I wouldnt chrome your axle, waste of money. Dirt and crap is just gonna rough up the chrome. Just clean the stocker up real nice on a wire wheel. For the shock..personally I'd just run a shockwear over the shock :-P
