I'm ordering 22" Razors for it, and have yet to put my EX wheels and tires on it, having too much fun with the slick ones, hehe,,,

list of stuff done: put the right footpeg on (had to drill and tap new holes), DG exhaust, flipped the forks around (the tire tracks backward now), seat cover, decals, PRM skid and grab bar, replaced front skid, chain and sprockets, and a good cleaning. Runs strong, can't wait to race my EX with it.

still to do: put new headlights and protector on, new tires, rebuild front master cylinder, maybe brake pads, and i think that's all he needs.

After (so far):

what kind of model of dg exhaust did you install on it? Does it have a spark arrestor.? how does it sound? loud?

DG Krome power from Dennis Kirk, no spark arrester, sounds ok, i would consider it very loud, quite a bit louder than my White Bros E Series on my EX,,,

here's a link,,,looks like the price went up, it was $189.95 a month ago when i ordered it,,,i also put in a 140 mj when i installed the pipe,,,

That looks a lot better. What did you do with the old pipe? 22 inch tires might look a little big. Great work and keep us updated.

sold the silencer last week to Tyler 54 from here,,,gonna chunk the headpipe and midpipe, they are not in good shape,,,i need 22" for a little more ground clearance (ride alot of trails and woods), and to help space out the gears a little,,,man i didn't know the X had so much low end, the only gears it needs with the 20's is 2nd, 4th, and 6th, hehe,,,i may look into a 14T front and get 20's, will it fit with a 90L chain?

By 'headlight cover' do you mean headlight guard? Get me some pics! :Bounce Is it one with or without a grill in the front?

I didn't realize that you could skip gears like that. Wow. Once again great work.

hehe, i meant that those 3 gears are the only ones i really need, the others seem like a waste of time since they are so close together, wish i could reach in the gear box and change em up, hehe.

She came out nice for sure, I think that HL guard is one of the hondaline ones that didn't have a grill in the front. Very nice X!!!
