Hey,

I have an 86 200x with a FRESHLY rebuilt motor .020 over with Wiseco 10.5:1 compression, new sprockets and chain, breaks, rear bearings, NEW dunlop 20x10x9 tires, grips, handlebar "pad" (lol), new Cobra exhaust, moose shifter, and a rebuilt carb. I put a BUNCH of "new" oem used parts in it...I got it when it was TRASHED and rebuilt it within my budget...newer axle, hubs, sprocket carrier, brake carrier, rims, hubs (over $250 in the axle, rims, hubs, etc), put on a gas tank thats not dented or bad- just needs paint, twist throttle, headlight, airbox..... Its not perfect cosmetically but its a beast of a trail machine...but I REALLY love the 250R's and I really want one- as long as it runs good and is not an 81/82 lol...

I was just wondering if anyone thinks this is possible to do, either trade or trade with a lil money, i dunno-- i have over $1200 in it now!!
thanks

Its possible, Some people buy whats cool and not what they should buy, I'm sure there's someone out there scared to death of their 250r that might trade for a nice 200x. Good luck!

you will probably have more luck trading and giving some money that finding some one willing to trade you evenly for the two machines. and most people that will be willing to trade you evenly will probably have a 250r not worth trading for
