Have you ever had the topend apart?? If so did you locktight the camsprtcket bolts?? If not then you could have experienced a (spinning no less) cam bolt to your head. resulting in a bad lock-up(not fun or funny happened to my brothers 200s).

dude 3wheeler motors a pretty simple to take apart and rebuild.....i thought it would be a pain i the arse and you have a 200 so it should be even easier then the 350x im rebuilding .....but it should only take you 30 mins or so to have the top end all apart......just take your time and a manual and get one of you buddies thats mechanicly inclined if you are not.....and it should be a pretty easy job.....by the way drain the oil and see if you see little metel shavings in it

I may do that if I can deterine i is the bottom end gone bad and not the top. because I have one handy here. I am just holding on to see if I can get this other trike up and going first.
