What is wrong with my wheeler?.

my 350x use to run fine all last summer and then over the winter it would start flutering out and act liek it floodin out at high rpms then just the past few days it will stall out if i cost down a hill and wont start it floods its self out and now it will only run good if i am wide open if i try goin slow it stalls and all * can smell is gas and i dont understand it i dont see y it would be the jet if it ran great all last summer then all of a sudden it runs liek **** can anyone help

Check Your Float Valve. Most Likely The Cause

so should i just get a rebuild kit

Just Go Through It And Clean It. You Probably Got Some Dirt In The Valve Keeping It Open Alowing The Floatbowl To Overfill. A Thorough Cleaning Should Be Your Answer.
