350X Questions

I finally got the 350X back together, I had to put in new fork seals. Now the problem is the kill switch doesnt work, when I go to shut it off it stays running. I checked all the wires and they are hooked up. It is probly somthing simple but I just cant figure it out. Also there was a tick in the top end so I adjusted the valves then it still ticked????? Please help

The switch went out, i have 2 that this has happened to. You just have to buy another.

Actually, i had a prob with my 250r, same killswitch, it would stick in the kill position, i took it apart and foiund it was full of mud and crap, I cleaned it, lubed the contacts with dialectric grease, and put her back together, it's good as new now, if you have patience, it does come apart.

Thats the problem, I did but it still ticks, I did it just as the manuel said, does anybody have some tips for adjusting them
