I received this picture from a buddy of mine who actually works at John Deere. He doesn't know who made it but got a chuckle out of it.

Way cool, don't you think??

You know they are making quads now and they look pretty cool. Too bad they were big back then or they might have made trikes.

My friend is a product development engineer for their ATVs. He's shown me some product specifications for potential new sport/unility ATVs that emphasize "sport" a bit more and "utility" a little less.

That been said, I suppose any trike they would have made would've looked like a green and yellow Big Red!

Why did you have to go and do that...

Now we'll have to add that to our collection of hazzardous transportation.

Wonder if we could make that street legal?

That's what happens when you leave a streetbike and a lawnmower together in the barn with a case of beer for 9 months ;)

that has a totally different meaning to me, streetbikes are such as what Fox showed, thats a Harley or a chopper ...... but thats just how i perceive things like that :wondering

While we're on the subject: So nobody has ever heard of a John Deere factory built 3-wheeler?? I know a guy that swears he has one "laying out back" with 3 wheels, kind of utility-ish looking that has a gas and brake pedals but sits "sorta like your honda 3-wheeler" and not gator-looking. Nope! I haven't seen it myself but hope to stop by someday to see if its true. He says it was running a couple years ago.

I'm actually very surprised they didn't produce trikes, considering they did make snowmobiles..
