Can't even find the "T" mark on the rotor...I see some marks but they're real tiny...looked on my repair CD but it's not clear enough..is there an easy way to get TDC??

you can remove the plug and when the piston is at the top it's at TDC, but to be exactly at the right spot, you need to find that T mark.. it's there, get a flashlight and remove the plug to make pulling the rope easier, and keep at it !

Yes, its about 1/16 to 1/8 inch. There will be some lines near it also

Don't I need to have the plug in to adjust the valves?

nope.

And having it out makes lining things up much easier

if you take the spark plug out make sure you have it on the compression stroke, to make sure it is just take the valve caps off and when you get to TDC is you turn the piston over the valves should stay closed, if they dont then keep going over till you find it...

Well I hope I was on the compression stroke! What a PIA! but it sounds right and runs good except for the blue smoke is back, but only after it's been running awhile (4-5min.) then it goes away...I'm thinking all the garage starts have something carboned up and after a good run it will be all right.

Got my oil filter gaskets from Gasket.com and case gasket from Service Honda, that's another PIA!! do you guys do that clean the oil filter take the case off horseshit every 30hrs? I'm going to just run the Delvac 1 and forget about it.

***quick service too imo!

personaly, the only reason i would ever consider opening up the cases to clean the internal oil pump filter screen, would be if i somehow managed to drop a bunch of crap down the oil fill hole, or if i was to find alot of grid on the mesh filter when you remove the oil drain plug.

Sure as hell not at every 30 hrs.... LOL..
