I just got my tri z engine running. There are a few hoses that i dont know where there suppose to go or what they do. The first pick i hooked up to the fuel pump. The second pic i have no idea what that line is suppose to go to. The last pic is of the radiator over flow line, is it suppose to go on the rear fenders like that?? Does the overflow spill out the back? I had some spill onto my rear skidd plate and the coolant started to eat the paint on it. Did i hook up these hoses right??

Picture #1 is correct
Picture #2 is Crankcase ventilation. Route that to the ground.
Picture #3 Seems more like your fuel tank ventilation more than coolant overflow. Regardless both of those lines route to the top of the frame, by the triples. My coolant overflow runs down along the radiator and my gastank vent tube runs down into the steering neck.

on pick #2 that needs to go up to the airbox area, if you route it down, every time the tranny gets hot, it will blow oil out due to expansion

Won't routing the crankcase vent up make it vulnerable to taking in water? On my honda, it T's out. One going up, the other going down.
