Very interesting.........Thanks.
Ashame they didn't carry through with the white on the gas tank though. Just doesn't look right.
Imagine if there is one of these lurking somewhere! That's one model year I would not take in the mud for sure!

White tanks turn yellow. It would be a nice looking trike. They should have dropped the blue seat.
May have looked like the prettiest trike ever: The 1986 Tri Z!!http://www.3wheelerworldforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=6750

ok ok, heres the scoop, it is an actual 87 250R, i am working on getting the VIN number to Billy so he can decipher it, my co worker bought it at a junk yard, if i can get down to his house on the weekend (going to pick up rear tires and silencer maybe) i will snap some pictures of it, heres a short passage of what i have emailed to Billy:
"he said the motor was slightly different then his 85 and 86 250R, it had more torque and top end feel then his 85 and 86. "
"He still has the frame, tank, motor, front fender, and everything, i am pretty sure its complete, but now its a parts bike for his 86, i will try and get some pictures of it soon as possible,"

An 87 in a junkyard? Too hard to believe that you have access to the 87 beast.
This I, I mean WE got to see!
