boy is that true!!! i try kickstarting my 250sx the other day with sneakers. my foot slipped the first kick and i smashed the side of my foot(were the round bone part is) on the foot peg. it bruised and scratched the side of my foot and it hurt like a motherf*cker.

try kicking a cr500 with motor work over, with anything on yur feet!!! you will feel it in the morning no matter what, unless yur lucky! last time i had one my whole right leg was bruised and the bottom of my foot was dark purple....haha...lesson learned, save yur leg/foot and pimp out a 250....

do you have quicktime??? cause if you do it wont work i had to use my dads laptop to view the vidoe. my other comp has itunes with quicktime and it wont play it

Ah you bunch of wimps. I kick started my XR500R with my Teva sandles on all the time. :cool: Until the kicker wore thru the sole. LOL. That thing was a compression monster. I kick mine off all the time with a pair of Nikes. The key is to have the kicker just a little behind the ball of your foot. Not right on it. :p Now the XR. Wife has a story on it for ya. She thought she had it all the way off the compression stroke, and she didnt. She threw her wieght on it and found out that it wasnt off the compression stroke. It nearly threw her over the handlebars. She tore ligaments in her ankle. Man on my X, I stand beside it and kick it off. Get some hair on your chest man, and you will be ok. LOL. Just messing with ya

My bandwidth has been throttled. Usage went from about 60MB to 3 Gig overnight...the video has been pulled...sorry It was killing my website performance...

man that took a while to download.. but it was funny !

My SX has elec start, but the the hell of it i used the kicker on the weekend.. managed to get a good wack on the front of the leg.. right on the bone.. nice bruise, but not bad.
