i got this carb from my friend for my atc90, when i go to put it on i notice that the cap on the throttle cable dont screw onto the top of the carb, what size is the carb. i measured the diameter on the slider and its 18mm wide, on the carb it says PB 20BAVDE.. is it a 20mm or an 18mm carb. please help me out
