Okay well im moving up ive been on a 110 and now i got a 200x 1985 the engine needs some work and ive done as much research as i can but any other improvements you guys this i should do nothing absolutely huge on a low budget

Some engine work plus low budget equals...trike that sits in garage collecting dust!!! On a seriious note though, what exactly is wrong with it and what kind of condition is it in?
