a 225 Yamaha?

Selection on ebay is so few pertaing to the 3 lug rims on the Yamaha.

If I some how could switch to Honda hubs (200S, X and so fourth) over then I could get decent rims.

Some reason I doubt if the axle splines are the same on both brands though.

Anyone try it?

Hmmmm... I know the YTM200E hubs should work... they are at least a 4 bolt hub. Seems like you'd have better luck finding like a Blaster hubs or something Yami to work easier than the HONDA hubs... don't really know. My Yami's are going to be for newbies to ride, or when I don't feel like kickin the Honda's over! hahha When I get done, my Yami's will be nice, but I try to keep 'em OEM'ish.

I put Honda hubs on my old Z so i could run the 4x110 bolt pattern, Dont exactly remember how many splines were on it (24?), but the hubs came from a trx 250 utility model.

I can't find in for for the 225, but for the :
YSF200 Blaster(all),
YFM200DXT(86-87),
YFM100 Moto-4(87-90),
YTZ250 Tri-Z(all)

The hubs are 24 spline and bolt pattern is 4x100mm. The ATC200s is also 24 spline, so it may fit. If you had an ATC200s or even a 200x sitting around, you could just swap the hubs and see if they fit.
