im trying these tomorrow, 18x11x8 pro series beadlocks, they are for sale, but id like to try the tires to see how they handle and grip :wondering , had to gear it up to match the 20's i normally run, gotta love that red ring! :D i hate 8 inch wheels though :mad: , i cant get my hand in there to change them or clean them

$150 for the set, one wheel list for $138, tires have no plugs, 90% tread

I always liked the look of bead lock rims. they look great on that Z. I like trekker tires too.

What sprocket sizes are you running with 18inch tires? I just put the same tire on my 85 Z but haven't had a chance to ride with them yet.

I've run 14/44 and am now running 13/42 with 18s. Not much difference that I could tell! I wouldn't even mind trying 13/40 since the Z has pretty good low-end.

with 20 inch i run 15/40
with 18 inch im trying 16/40
woods with 20 inch 14/41
remember, the powervalved engine can pull a 16 front with the added power
