In the upper RPM range, the motor sufferes a noticeable vibration. Even in neutral.
I never noticed it until after I changed the bearings and such on the rear axle and changed the front sprocket. But how that would influence the vibration, I have no idea.

Anyone run into this before?

Check the motor mounts possibly

you might try and put the other sprocket back on as you may be overloading the motor.

1: I went the other way. I went from a 11t to a 10t. Taking a load off the motor.
2: It does it even in neutral.

The 185s. The 200 is completely dissassembled.

Check engine mounts are all tight as well as swing arm and shock. Also check the exhaust is bolted tight and doesnt have any cracks in it.

185s doesnt have swingarm and shock...they are a solid frame with front or no fron suspension...its either trailprotrailpro engine mounts, or the headbolts..mine used to do that alot when it was runnin...

All motor mounts are tight and there is nothing loose that I can see. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

A certain amount of vibration is normal. Aside from motor mounts, excessive vibration or an increase in vibration can be caused by anything that throws the motor out of balance, like a flywheel problem (rare), a bend or change in the crankshaft, especially were the flywheel connects, or play in the crank bearings.

HOLY CRAP!!! I may have screwed up my motor on the 185 royally. I pulled the atc out today and decided to check the oil. Almost none! I feel so stupid. I added almost a quart of oil and that significantly reduced the vibration, but not completely. It still runs good and I didn't have any trouble starting it, so maybe it won't be too bad. But I'll be watching it like a hawk from now on.

does the 185S have a "lay down" motor like the 84 125m??

Negative. It's almost upright.
