Its a battery powered hoverround type 3 wheeled electric scooter. Ya know, the type with the fat cow on top at the grocery store who could use the exercise. AND it wouldn't hurt if she would stop blocking the whole isle so I can get thru with my shopping cart. Do you really need that helmet if you happen to tumble off the seat with laughter?
