I broke the side cover on my 160 replacing the cam chain. Just a small piece so i siliconed it back together. Will this hold?

At least use JB weld and it will work just fine. Follow the directions!!

After thoroughly beating my head against the wall trying to JB my 250SX case crack, I looked in the back of 4 wheel action and found an ATV salvage yard.
In three days I had a used side cover in EXCELLENT condition DELIVERED for $44.
If I would have known it was THAT cheap, I would have NEVER wrestled with trying to patch it.

Just my 2 cents.

I sure don't want you going through what I did (incessant oil weeping).

Best of luck!

well me and my friend replaced the camchain in my klt160 tonight and it took us 5 hours. This is the first one ive done. When putting it back together i noticed that there bas a piece no bigger than an inch squared broke off. We put silicone on it and clamped it for one hour, put it all back together and no leaks. hopefully it will hold. Thought we made out alright, got the timing set first try and no longer does the chain slap.
