I pulled the motor from my 86 250R, witch is an 87 motor that sat on a shelf for a while and the guy i got it from though it was 40 over.. So i pulled the top end for inspection while it was out and its on the stock bore,,,, and its a tight stock bore at that...... I guessing the most use this motor has seen is from me..........

thats interesting, i had a similar situation happen, i was rebuilding a honda 185engine and i found out that it was bored to a 200cc or someone had installed a 200cc sleeve in the 185 cylinder.
