View Full Version : Anyone ever mock up Blaster rear Fenders on a Z?

I was checking one out today, and they look pretty close.

How about Banshee?

Ive seen a raptor one on a Z but it didn't look good to me. Don't think any of them would look good.

completely different, but anyway the guy that i work for put a set of rear fenders off a 2001 250ex quad on a 1095 200m,they looked kinda neat on there.

Just kind of wondering because I may have to leave the rear kick from the YZ motor on this bike.

I have seen people put hinges under the back of the fenders so they just lift up. That would be sweet to see you do that.

Ive done the raptor fender on a Z, and it will work, but looks like crap. There is a huge gap behind the back of the seat, and where the fender starts
The banshee I did mock up this weekend. I put a Z fender on a Banshee, and it looks killer on it. Not to many mods, so a Banshee one would also work on a Z, again with a few mods.

OK, so i'll try the banshee rears, if I can find a cheap set to mock up.

Then, hypothetically, I could go to the Maier Customs, which might give the old Z a brand new look. Not to mention all the color choices! They make Banshee fenders in Yellow, Black, White, Silver, Blue, Orange, & Red.

idk about you guys, but i think that the banshees w/ the maier custom plastic look a little goofy, especially the front....

Im going to eventually put a set of fiberglass rear banshee fenders on my Drag Z. If someone has a Banshee, try putting a set of Tri Z fenders on it.. to me it looks killer!!

I'm bet'n that shee with the Z rear fenders also has the fronts "shaved off" right!?!? Otherwise the rounded Z rears would really clash with the squarer shee fronts, IMO.

Can ya get a pic of it?

shee fenders bolt on, look good too, i have red rear set if ya need them

I dont have any spare Z fenders to mod (that I want to mod that is) We just took the Shee fender off, and slipped the Z one on, so I could see how far off it was, and how hard it would be to put a Shee one on a Z. And yeah, it is a Drag Banshee, so it doesnt have front fenders at all.
