Does anyone know what this silencer & shock is off?

I need to know what machines these parts came off, the silencer looks 250R to me but if you have any input let me know.. Also the shock, I have no idea,,. No resivour so some kind of utility? any ideas...? Pics;

Is metzeler the brand of that silencer?

I don't have a clue on the silencer but I am 99% sure that is a 250sx shock.

looking at this 250sx shock I have.. it doesnt appear to be the same.
