I believe that honda should have done this from the factory on every 350x made. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2400441485&category=35595 It would be so nice, but probably have tagged on a few extra dollars to the price.

The heads are real sensitive to getting bad grooves and wear in the cam journals in the head and head cap. One for sure cause is running it low on oil, I've heard that riding long wheelies will also do it but I'm not sure. I suppose also if that oil tube to the top end got plugged it would happen too.

That had to cost a lot of money to get that much work done to that head to accept a bearing cam. What he's done there is machined the place where the cam runs in the head bigger so needle bearings can go around the cam so it won't be running directly in the head... its a very nice set up. I'd imagine it would be way less friction which would mean a little more HP and probably less heat generated with bearings.

My old 350X needed this. I kind of wish now I had kept both and, made one nice bike of the two.

That kit would add a few extra horsepower to it huh?

yes, but probaly a real small gain... just because of the less resistance... you would get alot more with exhaust or intake flows..
