A stock blaster silencer isnt designed for a 250cc machine. The inlet and outlet are small compared to a triz silencer,I have a nice DG silencer on my tri-z.

because making a 2 stroke quieter then stock is impossable. They choke a stoke setup down so much how it is.... making it quiet would kill the performance so much, you might as well sell it or trade it for a 4 stroke.

well, i think the quietest you could get is putting a spark arrestor on a stock silencer....or you could make your own a little longer, and with the same diameter baffle and same size inlet and outlet....and make sure you have good packing in your silencers

a modifed toomey banshee t-3 t-4 t-5 silencer will work, some welding will be required though, it sounds quiet and neat sounding

yes they are, they sound like a toned down street bike, but alot of work to fit on the bike without rubbing the frame or rear fenders
