85/86 250R frame differences?

Is there an advantage to getting an 86 act250r frame over the 85? Either year would be blasted, checked and powder coated before used.

I dont know of any differences, but I would go w/ the 86 because there could be less miles on it, or less rust from being newer. Also, I see more aftermarket parts for the 86 R than any other.

Cool, if it's no weaker and everything from 86 will bolt to it then I won't worry too much about finding the 86 frame.

The differences are small, so much so that they don't even need to be mentioned. My 250R has a 86 frame with mainly 85 parts.
