i have a pint of por-15 tank sealant in my 250sx tank and i can't seem to drain the excess out. what position is the best at emptying through the petcock hole? ie.. tilting back or tilting forwar? slightly towards the petcock side?
i can't get the excess to come out the hole and the main filler hole has a 1" lip in it so i can't get it out from there either. they say if i leave a puddle it won't cure right.
any help will be appreciated.

I beleive you need to unscrew and remove the petcock before you do this and it would have been able to pour out thru there....

Make sure you did no plug it up with that stuff !!!

petcock was out but i just couldn't get the right angle to get it to completely drain. were talkin 1/4 pint left over. looked in the tank this morning and it looks great. bright silver all around and it doesn't look like i missed any spots either.
