A new set of Rings might be in order.

Valve stuck open? or out of adjustment?

It might have jumped time. Was it making any noises before it died?

did you retighten the head bolts? i blew a gasket by not doing this and had the problem.

ew ew I wanna guess......did you leave the spark plug out??? Yep thats my guess. Since that is what we are all doing....

LOL jenn, that's hilarious.

There's many possibilities of what could be wrong, so I'll make a list.

Broken Rings
Hole in the piston
Bent Valve(either one will cause a compression loss)
Valves out of adjustment
Broken kicker(you might not actually be turning the engine over)
Blown head gasket(you should hear air wooshing out as you kick it if this is the case)
Or, as jenn said, you may have left the spark plug out

I would attempt to tow-start it, put it in 2nd gear, hold the clutch in and have somebody tow you about 20MPH, pop the clutch and see if it will start.

add 1 tablespoon of oil through sparkplug hole,, do compression test, If it is higher, needs rings, lower check v/vs or timing. Something to try.

Not so much guessing as trying to give direction on what to look for or should we be saying I have a couple ideas but figure it out yourself because I'd only be guessing. :D

I dont think all the guesses in the world are going to help much. Youre going to have to take it apart and look at it.

Exactly! The only advice needed here.
